Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking a **Training and Development Specialist** to join its Components business in Ludvika. In this newly established position, the specialist takes ownership of internal training structures, learning processes, and onboarding coordination. Responsibilities include building and updating training materials, collaborating with subject matter experts to design structured learning programs, and liaising with stakeholders across Sweden and globally. The work also involves managing learning systems, maintaining competency records, tracking training KPIs, and driving the continuous improvement of the new-employee experience. A **hybrid work** arrangement is available in agreement with the line manager. Applicants must have experience in a coordination-focused role, such as project coordination, HR, administration, executive support, competency management, or similar. Candidates must also demonstrate strong communication and facilitation skills, the ability to collaborate across diverse functions, and professional fluency in **both Swedish and English**. Prior experience supporting, delivering, or coordinating training and development initiatives is highly regarded.

We are now looking for a Training & Development Specialist who will take ownership of our internal training structure and learning processes. This is a newly established role with significant opportunity to influence how onboarding, training, and competency development are managed across our organization.
We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, coordinating initiatives, and working with a broad range of stakeholders. You are proactive, self-driven, and comfortable building relationships across the business to gather information, drive initiatives, and ensure learning activities are delivered effectively.
How you’ll make an impact
- Coordinate onboarding and support the continuous improvement of the new employee experience.
- Develop and maintain internal training processes and competency development structures.
- Coordinate training programs and collaborate with stakeholders across Sweden and globally to ensure relevant and up-to-date training content.
- Create and maintain training materials, presentations, guides, and learning resources.
- Support subject matter experts in developing structured and effective training programs.
- Manage learning systems, training documentation, records, and competency data.
- Track training KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous development of learning initiatives.
Your Background
- Experience from a coordination-focused role such as project coordination, HR, administration, executive support, competency management, or similar.
- Proven ability to navigate a complex organization and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience supporting, delivering, or coordinating training and development initiatives is highly regarded.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the confidence to engage and present across different functions and organizational levels.
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify development opportunities and drive improvements.
- Professional communication skills in both Swedish and English.
