Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking a **Training, Certification and Digital Learning Specialist** to support and develop learning initiatives for both employees and customers. Aimed at candidates early in their learning and development careers, the role centers on transforming traditional classroom instruction into digital, virtual, and blended learning experiences across technical product and solution areas. Core responsibilities include designing learning content such as e-learning modules and videos, exploring AI tools and emerging technologies, developing certification frameworks, and managing learning administration and training records. The position also supports **hybrid work** subject to agreement with the line manager. Applicants must hold a **bachelor's degree** in human resources, education, business administration, learning and development, or a related field. Professional experience in training, digital learning, HR, administration, coordination, or a comparable area is required, alongside strong organizational skills and comfort using digital tools. Candidates must have **fluency in written and spoken English**. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and knowledge of Swedish are considered beneficial assets.

How you'll make an impact
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative training programs across technical product and solution areas.
- Drive the modernization of learning by helping transform traditional classroom training into engaging digital, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
- Explore and leverage AI-powered tools and emerging learning technologies to improve content creation, learner engagement, and training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify capability needs and develop learning solutions that support business objectives.
- Create and continuously improve learning content, including e-learning modules, virtual instructor-led training, guides, videos, and other interactive materials.
- Contribute to the development and governance of certification programs that support professional growth and organizational capability building.
- Analyze learner feedback, participation data, and learning outcomes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Support learning communities and knowledge-sharing initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure effective administration of learning activities, training records, certifications, and learning systems.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Learning & Development, or a related field.
- Experience in training, digital learning and development, HR, administration, coordination, or a similar field is required.
- An interest in learning methodologies, training delivery, and capability development.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and systems; experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a dynamic, international environment.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Swedish language skills are a plus.
