Transformation Lead Architect

HI3G Access AB · Stockholm · Tills vidare · Deadline 2026-11-01

HI3G Access AB (Tre) is seeking a **Transformation Lead Architect** to help modernise its technology landscape across Sweden and Denmark, with an initial focus on customer, commercial, and BSS transformation. The role can be based in Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg/Mölndal, or Copenhagen. Working alongside enterprise and domain architects, engineering teams, and senior leadership, the position provides **architecture leadership for major transformation initiatives** rather than acting as an approval function. Responsibilities include owning and evolving the integrated target architecture, defining transition architectures, managing migration and legacy retirement, coordinating architects across domains, and balancing trade-offs across scope, cost, risk, and delivery constraints. Candidates need extensive experience in a senior architecture role—such as a Lead, Programme, Transformation, or Enterprise Architect—with a proven background in leading architecture for large-scale transformations. Essential qualifications include demonstrated experience establishing target architectures and transition roadmaps, coordinating across multiple domains and external suppliers, strong stakeholder management skills, and **excellent communication skills in English**. Experience within telecommunications or subscription businesses, familiarity with major CRM or BSS transformations (including platforms like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or Amdocs), and TOGAF or an equivalent architecture certification are advantageous.
