Incluso is recruiting a **Visual Storytelling Designer** for a client in Gothenburg. This is a full-time consultant assignment starting immediately on an initial seven-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Working as part of a cross-functional Brand Experience Design team, the designer transforms strategic insights, future visions, and abstract concepts into compelling visual narratives, presentations, mood films, storyboards, and animations for senior leadership reviews. The position is **100% on-site in Gothenburg** and includes travel. Candidates must have a **portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling**, alongside proven skills in graphic design, visual communication, or art direction. Practical experience producing both static and moving visuals is required, including proficiency in Figma, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro), video and motion software, and AI creative tools like Midjourney or Firefly. Applicants must be fluent in English and capable of turning rough ideas and workshop outputs into polished assets. Knowledge of 3D visualization tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D, as well as basic animation and motion graphics skills, is considered an advantage.

Description of the assignment:
You will join a Brand Experience Design team, a cross-functional group where curiosity, ambition, and a strong brand mindset are highly valued. The team develops insights, future visions, concepts, and recommendations that need to be clearly understood and supported by senior leadership.
We are looking for a designer who can transform ideas into tangible and engaging deliverables through visual storytelling, including images, presentations, films, and other communication formats.
Responsibility:
- Translate strategic insights, concepts, and narratives into clear visual stories
- Create images, mood films, storyboards, animations, and other visual material that help communicate ideas
- Work closely with design strategists to shape how projects are presented
- Create visuals that help people quickly understand complex or abstract ideas
- Build presentations and supporting assets for leadership reviews and strategic discussions
- Use AI and traditional creative tools to develop visual content efficiently
- Raise the overall quality of visual communication across the team
Requirements:
- Strong graphic design, visual communication, or art direction skills
- Excellent visual judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to understand ideas, not just design briefs
- Experience creating both static and moving images
- Strong sense of composition, storytelling, typography, imagery, and pacing
- Ability to work from rough thoughts, conversations, and workshop outputs
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual storytelling and taste
Tools & Software experience
- Figma
- Microsoft PowerPoint
- Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro)
- Video editing and motion tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Runway or similar
- AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, or similar
Nice to have:
- Blender
- Cinema 4D or other 3D visualization tools
- Basic animation and motion graphics skills
