Massive Dynamic Sweden is recruiting a **Communication & Dissemination Assistant** for a paid, part-time position at **20% extent** in Stockholm with flexible hybrid working arrangements. The role supports communication across European research and innovation initiatives, including the Erasmus+ project EMOFIN, which focuses on preventing financial scams targeting older adults and vulnerable groups. Core responsibilities include producing content for websites, newsletters, and LinkedIn, designing promotional materials, supporting webinars and events, coordinating with international partners on dissemination reporting, and handling external stakeholder outreach. Applicants must be **current students based in Stockholm**, ideally studying communication, media, marketing, or a related field. The position requires **excellent written and spoken English and Swedish**, alongside proven experience designing visual marketing assets. Candidates should also be familiar with tools such as Canva, WordPress, LinkedIn, or similar platforms, and demonstrate a proactive, organised approach with an interest in socially impactful international projects.
Massive Dynamic Sweden (MDS) is looking for a motivated student to join our team in a paid, part-time position (20%) with a hybrid working arrangement in Stockholm.

Your role
You will support communication and dissemination activities across our ongoing EU-funded projects, including EMOFIN, an Erasmus+ project focused on preventing financial scams and fraud targeting older adults and other vulnerable groups through education, awareness-raising, and digital learning.
Your tasks will include:
- Creating content for websites, LinkedIn, newsletters, and other communication channels
- Designing promotional materials and supporting communication campaigns
- Supporting project events, webinars, and stakeholder engagement
- Coordinating with international partners and contributing to dissemination reporting
- Reaching out to external stakeholders for dissemination and communication
Who we are looking for:
- A student based in Stockholm, preferably studying communication, media, marketing, or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish
- Familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn, WordPress, or similar tools
- A proactive, creative, and organised person interested in international projects that make a social impact
- Proven experience with designing visual marketing assets
